"Terms of use"
I understand that this page seems very long.
In order to protect myself and my "business," it is important to detail everything I can.
Remember, when in doubt, just ask!!
Should I see or find out that my Contract has been broken in any way, I will first attempt to contact you.
I understand that mistakes happen sometimes and am reasonable about working with you to fix the mistake.
After contacting you, you have 1 week from my initial contact message to correct the issue. Should this not be done, you will receive notice that you have earned a place on my Blacklist.
If placed on my Blacklist:
You will no longer have the ability to receive services of any kind from me, and any applications submitted will be denied.
Any animals you own will be marked deceased and your name and direct link will receive a permanent place under the information about the animals on my Masterlists.
Your name and any contact information I have for you, including your username(s), your website, your email, etc. will be permanently and directly linked on my Blacklist page. This page will be continuously monitored and updated to ensure responsibility is not avoided.
My reasons for this include that social media can be changed to avoid responsibility, but emails and other contact info generally cannot be.
Should you find my Blacklist intentions unreasonable, don't break my contract.

1 / Do not make your animal public for download or share with anyone
Do not upload your animal for public download anywhere including The Sims Gallery, The Sims Resource, Tumblr, Patreon, your own website, etc. 1 private file will be passed between you and I.
Do not share with anyone, the only exceptions being photographers or for other service type needs.
2 / Do not hint or suggest that the animal was made by you
With every photo uploaded of your animal, tag me as a direct @ on Instagram (@the_mora_sun), not as a hashtag.
3 / Do not change the animal's traits, gender, or appearance
This includes their traits, gender, coat, markings, eye color, etc. This also includes ear cropping. Due to age requirements: if you wish for your dog to have cropped ears, you must request it when I ask you - before I deliver your puppy.
Exceptions:
If there is another breed model you prefer, you may change the body structure. You may add shine or muscle definition markings for realism. If your dog develops Happy Tail Syndrome, you may dock the tail with the assistance of a Vet. If your roleplaying results in the animal losing a limb, you may adjust the body structure to accommodate. If your roleplaying results in the animal being blinded, you may change the eye color. If your roleplaying results in the animal being scarred, you may add scarring to the coat.
4 / Do not breed your animal unless you have requested and received breeding rights
When you are approved for your animal, I will ask you if you want breeding rights. Ideally this is the time to say yes if you think at all that you might wish to breed. However, this right can be requested at any time. It is rare for me to deny the right so please just ask!
Additionally - do not duplicate your animal's markings by me.
5 / If competing with your animal in shows or competitions, you must add my prefix to the show name - MT
If your animal is used in shows or competitions, use the MTK / MTEC prefix in the show name you give them: MT
Example: Show Name - MT In the Dark of the Night
6 / If you can or no longer wish to care for your animal, please reach out to me!
If the animal was bought, I must be contacted for the option to buy back - if I don't have the funds I must be allowed to take the time I need to earn the money to buy back. Code word is pupsicle.
If the animal was not bought (ie. was given as a gift or by raffle, etc), you must contact me and return the animal to me.
7 / Do not rehome on your own accord
Relating to section 6, there is no shame in needing to rehome your animal! Do not rehome them! Contact me!
8 / Do not charge more than you paid
Most of my animals are sold on discord with server currency. If you receive permission to re-sell, do not charge more than you paid *unless* the dog has won multiple competitions. You may only then increase the amount up to 1000. Please be reasonable with this.
9 / If resold / rehomed, new owner must follow my Contract / TOUs
If you receive permission to re-sell, the new owner MUST be given and agree to follow my Contract / TOUs.
10 / Contact me when your animal passes away
I am so sorry for your loss. I am aware that life will be lived, and death is a part of it. When your animal inevitably passes on, please contact me so I can update the Masterlist with the date of death.
* Do not kill off your animal within a month
Things to note
~ Requests and wait list applications are reviewed in the order in which they are received. Priority goes to those who applied first, second, and so on. Sometimes the list can get long, please be patient, I do not over-breed my animals.
~ I keep a folder with file copies of all of the animals on the Masterlist for the event of file issues or the need for rehoming.
~ I reserve the right to reclaim my animals should I find out my TOUs have been broken.

A / I get first pick of the babies
I expect to be allowed first pick of the babies that arrive. I also expect to be allowed to use the cc body structure for the baby I choose.
* If my first pick is denied for any reason, this section will have been violated. You will receive your animal back without the babies and will be placed on my Blacklist.
B / Do not upload the babies for public download

If for any reason you are struggling to place babies, decide you don't wish to maintain your account anymore, etc. Please do not just dump them. There is absolutely no shame in unforeseen circumstances or even just realizing you are in over your head! I do not judge, I won't ask too many questions, just please reach out to me and let me know what's going on. I am always happy to take any number of babies back and find them homes if ever needed.
E / I must receive credit
With every photo uploaded of the babies, tag me as a direct @ on Instagram (@the_mora_sun), not as a hashtag.
Please also ensure that any new owner that receives a baby does the same.

Things to note
~ If approved, you must send your animal's file to me for breeding. Your animal will be bred, well taken care of in my own home or facilities while pregnant, then she and her babies will be sent back to you once born. Remember that animal welfare is my top priority, so she will be in great and capable hands!
~ The babies that result from the birth will be added to my Masterlists with direct credits to you!
~ I keep a folder with file copies of all of the animals on the Masterlist for the event of file issues or the need for rehoming.
